Drivers monitor the car’s technical condition, but they often miss collecting the contents of the car kit. The road is unpredictable, and to avoid beating yourself up because of the impotence and inability to provide first aid to the passenger, you should responsibly collect all medical supplies prescribed by law.
Transport companies regularly check the presence of three essential items in the car according to the traffic rules: a first-aid kit, a fire extinguisher, and a sign. The Megatrans company strictly observes the safety rules of the passengers and drivers inside the bus and other road users. The carrier is responsible for many people because it provides a bus for a wedding or fulfills an order for a school bus rental.
Requirements for a Car First Aid Kit
A first-aid kit should be in any vehicle: cars and trucks, urban and rural vehicles. It is located in an easily accessible place and preferably marked with a red cross on a light background. When under stress, every second counts, and it is essential to find a medical kit quickly and efficiently.
In Ukraine, at the beginning of 2023, the order of the Ministry of Health No. 270, dated September 7, 1998, is considered the legislative basis for using and completing first-aid kits. It was supplemented twice in 2000 and 2013.
The Road Traffic Act of Ukraine (clause 31.4.7) prohibits the operation of a vehicle in the absence of a first-aid kit, and this violation is classified under Art. 125 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which provides for a warning. But for official carriers, a fine is provided based on Art. 121, part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.

The basic rules are simple:

- Place napkins and bandages on the wound. Cover the cuts with a plaster.м.
- Use a valve for artificial respiration.
